In these chapters, we've first got the encounter between Lady Catelyn and Lord Tyrion at the Inn At The Crossroads, in which she makes a unilateral decision to take Tyrion into custody with no actual evidence. Then we go to the Hand's Tourney, and see from both Eddard and Sansa's perspective what the jousts are like and who is competing. And Eddard gets a visit from Varys.
