Another inmate, this time in Ohio, escaped custody and was holed up at a motel. When he refused to come out, things took a turn, and the inmate Thomas Cromwell was shot dead by police.
My question is, how do all of these inmates keep escaping and what, if anything, is being done to sure up the system.
