This discovery led to the creation of SalonScale, an advanced hair salon back bar software that has now earned Alicia the title of Tech Founder. Alicia took this title, and grew SalonScale from an idea to a $1M ARR SaaS company in just three years.

Today, she is making massive impact to not only the 2000 and counting salons that use the tool, but by also using the technology to disrupt the hair salon supply chain worldwide.
