I think some of the insults at dinner can be cut short if they are not setting up how they would know each other. Some of the demon butler after change of voice might be trimmed down a bit perhaps in the description of what they are doing there. The descriptions of some of past interactions could be shortened? Up to "how many times have we done this before?" I doubt you can get eight minutes out of that, but perhaps you should let it run even if over time for the Halloween Horror show. Intro and outro, as you mentioned, could be cut short or cut out? It seems we have had this conversation before, Alex. Have we not? It seems we have discussed this before. Deja vu? Mwahahahahahaha!
