Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming much more common place. It can build your playlist and send your emails, write a book report or a shopping list. And it is also becoming much more common in the world of health care. While it’s amazing to see the innovations that result from AI use, it also opens the door to a lot of concerns and questions. What does AI mean for patient care?

In this episode, Dr. Dan, Angela and Dr. Riley discuss the emerging role of artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare. They review current and potential applications of AI, analyze both opportunities and concerns regarding care quality and personal interactions, and propose some additional studies and features that could be integral in achieving quality patient care. If technology intrigues you, or has you a little worried, this episode is for you!
