David's prayer (15:22-): "Today from the instructions and descriptions in the text, we see where this is going. Everything that is practiced, everything that is studied in the Course, every meager effort, every little willingness, is aimed at one experience: the vison of Christ. This is how all realization comes into awareness. The realization of Self as Christ, as love, as divine abstract light, is everything. Miracles light the way. Miracles point the mind inward in this direction. We are reminded from Jesus, 'The Holy Spirit is your strength because He knows nothing but the spirit as you. He is perfectly aware that you do not know yourself, and perfectly aware of how to teach you to remember what you are. Because He loves you, He will gladly teach you what He loves, for He wills to share it. Remembering you always, He cannot let you forget your worth. For the Father never ceases to remind Him of His Son, and He never ceases to remind His Son of the Father. God is in your memory because of Him.' All gratitude to the Holy Spirit for such a high function as the remembrance of Christ; for such a function of removing all the obstacles in the sleeping Son of God's mind, so that the Son may recognize himself as the Christ. 'To open the eyes of the blind is the Holy Spirit's mission, for He knows that they have not lost their vision, but merely sleep. He would awaken them from the sleep of forgetting to the remembering of God.' Jesus reminds us that you must first 'learn the cost of sleeping, and refuse to pay it. Only then will you decide to awaken. And then the real world will spring to your sight, for Christ has never slept. He is waiting to be seen…' Today we would see the Christ, we would behold the beauty of abstract light and love. We know that love will transfer without any interference and spread that our perception will merge and disappear in light. Perception and knowledge will become so similar 'that they share the unification of the laws of God.' And then perception is gone, and only light and love of eternity remain. 'The world has no purpose as it blends into the Purpose of God. For the real world has slipped quietly into Heaven, where everything eternal in it has always been. There the Redeemer and the redeemed join in perfect love of God and of each other.' Heaven is our home, in God, in Christ, and Christ in God, one in spirit. We practice the means of awakening today: 'Miracles are seen in light. The body's eyes do not perceive the light. But I am not a body. What am I?' … 'I am not an illusion, but a reality.' 'Miracles are seen in light.' Amen."
