Isaiah 55
The weight of Glory is beautiful because the vision may tarry but it shall speak. This means the reality of this walk is sure, certain and without sorrow.

Remember, you are an overcomer not because of the war you won, you are an overcomer so you win. This is your reality! Your identity! Your God-given initiative.

Our walk and work of salvation is a gift as well as a response to His Gift.

The chain of free gifts starts of course, from accepting Christ to having His Spirit. Let's dive in this gift of Christ:

1. He came as human: God came as human( born of a woman and Spirit as we born-agains) He walked the earth remaining human to show us the possibility of maturing and the essence of the power in us. He gifted us a 33-year duration not only for that but, to tell us a fulfilled life isn't based on duration (how long) but how well (how in sync).

2. He died with our sins: Jesus took upon all our sins! He practically took upon all sins of humanity.

Romans 5:18-19
Here it is in a nutshell: Just as one person did it wrong and got us in all this trouble with sin and death, another person did it right and got us out of it. But more than just getting us out of trouble, he got us into life! One man said no to God and put many people in the wrong; one man said yes to God and put many in the right.

He went through the due process of payment. The gift of freedom is given by the sacrifice of our High Priest. Because of Him, we have no condemnation. Guilt has no hold on us: our righteousness is in our position not our works.

3. He rose again! : He gave us assurance of our victory by being victorious for us. We are a victor because He won and He is still alive. How surreal! He was, He is and He is yet to come. So if you take me to the past, i go in Him; put me in the present, i am in Him; take me to the future, i am assured in Him.
It is a total victory song - the gift of an overcomer.

4. Then, He gave us His Spirit: Hmm, these step just places us in a vast of overflowing free gifts. I testify to the walk of the Spirit. I will rather live on this breath than exist on my works.

So what are the free gifts of the Spirit?
1 Corinthians 12:4-11
God's various gifts are handed out everywhere; but they all originate in God's Spirit. God's various ministries are carried out everywhere; but they all originate in God's Spirit. God's various expressions of power are in action everywhere; but God himself is behind it all. Each person is given something to do that shows who God is: Everyone gets in on it, everyone benefits. All kinds of things are handed out by the Spirit, and to all kinds of people! The variety is wonderful:
wise counsel
clear understanding
simple trust
healing the sick
miraculous acts
proclamation
distinguishing between spirits
tongues
interpretation of tongues.
All these gifts have a common origin, but are handed out one by one by the one Spirit of God. He decides who gets what, and when.

I should sound here that it is strange to pursue the gifts with no regard for the giver. By the way, stranger to pursue gifts. Gifts are desired not pursued.

I pray as you open your eyes to recognise the gifts in you and see its value, you use them with the insight of the Holy Spirit in Jesus name, amen.
