The Secret Kindergarten Radio Show for Young Children Ep. 24
The Eight of Wands encourages us to go for it and move forward without regulations or constraints. Kind of like the feeling you get when you’re at a buffet…. or a picnic! We have to know what we want and that’s why encouraging young children to choose is important. We go on a picnic in this episode so we can choose our favourite foods to bring and feel that sense of freedom. As ever, “with freedom come responsibility” as we discover in the Jataka tale of The Stupid Monkeys. We finish the episode with an affirming poem: You Can Be Anything, by Gary Craig.
