Shelly Wilson believes that anything is possible, and wants to help you achieve your goals. Her book, “28 Days to a New You,” is based on the belief that on average it takes 21 days to change a habit. Learning to love yourself for who you/ are and embrace all of your experiences can be the catalyst for transformation in your life.

Kit Cummings is the founder of the Power of Peace Project, Inc., a registered 501c3 organization committed to redirecting our at-risk youth, reducing the overall incidence of youth crime in America, rehabilitating young inmates, lowering academic dropout rates, and inspiring young people to discover and develop the untapped power and potential within all of us.
