Crisis management is about preparation. That's one of the big takeaways from our talk with Corinne Hoare, lecturer of marketing at USD, who joined "At the Edge of It All" to discuss her wide-ranging career and crisis communications. Doing your homework and having a plan in place is key, Hoare said, to being prepared for situations that threaten to upend you or your business.
