In today's #coffeewithatherapist we are talking about one of the big signs you are making progress in therapy (or healing your mental health concerns).

Specifically, I talk about anxiety & depression -- but this often applies to the other complex emotions and disorders people have as well. The path is not linear, and so it is to be expected that we will "relapse" in certain ways and it's important to understand what is healthy emotion and something for us to pay attention to.
