This was actually the first episode of yours I listened to since hearing you on cult of conspiracy and i loved it! Im setting aside 30 minutes everyday to do nothing! Ive been meditating and doing yoga every morning for about three years-but always with a guided meditation or music-this will be new for me to have absolutely no distractions! I also liked how you differentiate the different levels of 'god' 😎😎😎
