Alot of people today have a notion that they go to university get a certificate and become an expert and know everthing ,while in reality life will throw problems at you all the time and you have to tackle them and keep learning , probably until the day you die ''Momento Mori '' The one perennial truth – rich or not, successful or not, religious, philosophical, it doesn’t matter – you will die. From the beginning of time to the end, death is the one universal inescapable commonality. Kings or peasants, brilliant or stupid, everyone dies or is dead. Some try not to think about it. But for others, the certainty of death is kept at the forefront of thought. Why? So that they might really live. All Human life is created equal with a duty of care for the sick , infirm and elderly ,this is the benchmark of civilization.

My sis in law got jabbed,unaware when she was here for dinner. That night and next day,had h/a,nausea,malaise fibromyalgia kicked up. Felt like electricity was shooting through me. Few days later,had another family dinner,told her I will not be hugging her. That night home,h/a nausea. Ugh!
