There is a passage in A Course in Miracles, and when David first read it, his heart chords were going strong. I was just like, "Oh my," because this was the beginning of my journey of how I would be used in this world. The passage emphasizes the importance of trusting in the Holy Spirit and letting the Holy Spirit direct one's life. It suggests that one should focus on fulfilling one's purpose, not preparing for the world or saving for the future. This goes against our conditioning and goes against our expectations.
The passage also emphasizes that the Holy Spirit will arrange everything for us without our effort, leaving no obstacles or stones to trip on. David believes that focusing on trust and guidance will set one free, even if it seems like a big book.
