I mean, put food, housing, clean water on a sliding scale. But you don't NEED video games to survive. A bar of gold pressed latinum shouldn't cost less in Russia because "they can't afford it" ... any Ferrengi will tell you that - LOL

Who said anything about conspiracy? Why should you and I pay quadruple for the same exact game?

There's no conspiracy. Steam charges less in the 2nd and 3rd world because people with $400/month paychecks will never give $60 for a videogame.
