On February 27 the people who run Joe Biden intend to give the corrupt W.H.O. complete control of “pandemic” responses in the United States.
Episode 652: What if we have our own revival?
The Asbury Revival is still going strong--though the University says it’s going to wind it down--and it seems like an act of renewal driven by the Holy Spirit. Attendees are in tears, in smiles and feeling the Spirit. Yes, it’s a thrill. I am going to share with you some sings of mine-revivals I have been blessed to witness and hear about. While they are smaller in scope, they happen every day and are no less a sign of God working in our midst than what happened at Asbury. And, this nation better pray for more revivals given what’s coming, which I explain in Episode 653.
What does God say?
The Holy Spirit dwells within those who follow the Lord Jesus and keep his commands
John 14:15-17
Jesus Promises the Holy Spirit
15 “If you love me, keep my commands. 16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be[a] in you.
“Mountain Top” experiences like Asbury are grand and they are not the reality of Christian life. The Lord Jesus tells us we will face troubles in this life. It’s in struggling where we get to experience the grace of God.
1 Peter 4:12-19
Suffering for Being a Christian
12 Dear friends, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal that has come on you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. 13 But rejoice in as much as you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when his glory is revealed. 14 If you are insulted because of the name of Christ, you are blessed, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you. 15 If you suffer, it should not be as a murderer or thief or any other kind of criminal, or even as a meddler. 16 However, if you suffer as a Christian, do not be ashamed, but praise God that you bear that name. 17 For it is time for judgment to begin with God’s household; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God? 18 And,
“If it is hard for the righteous to be saved, what will become of the ungodly and the sinner?”[a]
19 So then, those who suffer according to God’s will should commit themselves to their faithful Creator and continue to do good.

Hi Todd, I wanted to comment on this latest Asbury College cast. I am a brother in Christ and appreciate you bringing this to my attention. I am not aware of all that is taking place there at the school and can only pray to our Father that what is transpiring is truly a move of the Holy Spirit. I know virtually nothing of the school and have only gleaned what my best friend has shared with me when I asked him if he had hearts what was happening there. He shared the following with me (he works for a ministry called Cafe1040 which recruits college age kids to see if they are interested and suited to serve in the mission field that is in the 1040 window): I didn’t return to that school because I saw little interest in the Great Commission. In the years since I’ve heard that the school rarely preaches the gospel and today I heard that there were gay people leading worship and women are free to become head pastors. I also have seen the video several times of the exorcism of the demon from the young woman who was having a seizure. Find it in scripture where we are told to call out and exorcise demons. The biggest critique I heard was that most of the revival was singing and very little preaching. Revivals focus on preaching and repentance; I want to know how much occurred. So now we hope to see if lives were changed or are people seeking another mountain top experience, to hope that the Spirit falls on them, etc.
