Workplace violence is not a new threat, but one that has been on the rise and consistently dominates our national headlines. We tend to hear and read about the bigger, more dramatic and horrifying events. But the reality is the frequency of workplace violence is taking place on a daily basis across the country. Aggression, frustration and the general decline of mental health since the start of the global pandemic has exacerbated the problem.

The nature of work has fundamentally changed in the last few years and this has put a strain on workplace safety. The shift in working either hybrid, remote or going back to the office full-time, is something that both employees and customers are grappling with.
