This is the Fifth lecture of the “Life of the Prophet” conference in Manchester in January 2020.

-The prophet should be the one most mentioned in our households
-Obedience to the Messenger has been mentioned 33 times in the Qur’an
-We must accept the truth and allow the sunnah judge in our affairs with sincerity
-The good life can only be attained through answering to Allah and His Messenger, the one who does not answer to the call of Allah and His Messenger has no life.
-Parents should co-operate in how they bring up their children
-Have mercy upon your parents, and introduce them to the truth. Make it easy for them to accept it, use wisdom.
-In every command from Allah and His Messenger, there is good in it. And anything the Allah and His messenger forbid, there is evil in it for us.
-Abandoning the Sunnah can cast you into the hell fire
