Two national companies have put in bids for a complete review of West Virginia's DHHR. A federal judge ends the practice of saying the Lord's Prayer ahead of Parkersburg City Council meetings. The family of a disabled student in Taylor County is filing suit against the local school board for allegedly using a belt to bind up the child in class. The state unveils the first of it's West Virginia Mountain Rides routes aimed at promoting travel on West Virginia's most scenic roads this summer.
