Employees seem to found out that working remotely is beneficial to them and same amount of work output has been delivered. And if this is the case, then leaders should listen to what is best for his or her subordinates. Employee morale and engagement result to work productivity. Leaders should listen and perhaps, this will be the time that they should adapt and adjust. After all, without efficient workers, an organization may be at stake. I recommend this article to all leaders.

This is very timely and significant to this day. I believe that safety is still on top of the priority of the managers in the transition from work from home setup.

To prevent sabotaging the return to work setup, employers must stop presuming the needs of their employees. With the current circumstances, it is critical to pay attention to the needs of employees so that they feel valued and appreciated, which will lead to increased productivity at work.

This is such an amazing episode worth sharing. Employers should read this to stop their assumptions about employees' preference in going back to office in post pandemic vs. having telework setting to avoid the false consensus effect. Will definitely share this to my social media accounts.

Leaders should make time to listen to their subordinates. This pandemic has taught us that we should care for each other. And if working at home is beneficial to the lives of the many employees, then why wouldn’t give them that? Employee’s morale should be our utmost priority since they are our assets. If working remotely is as productive as working in the office, it is the best time to adapt this current work set-up . It will not only give more time to their family but can be work productive as well. This is very informative and I hope all leaders apply this.
