Ministers have met with the industry after panic buying emptied most UK petrol stations, and a possible cabinet meeting could authorise the use of the army to drive tankers. Ian King talks to Chris Noice from the Association of Convenience Stores, and Rod McKenzie from the Road Haulage Association.
