Dr. González is the Founder and CEO of Latina Mastermind, Licensed Psychologist and Board Certified Coach. She is dedicated to empowering Latinas by teaching them to stand in their own power and create more income in a less time. Dr. Gonzalez created the revolutionary Latina Mastermind Mobile APP which is the FIRST and ONLY application intended to build Latina communities locally, nationally and internationally.

Her mission establishes a global platform of Latinas by synergizing and collaborating in an effort to achieve more goals personally and professionally while advancing generational wealth for their families.

Her many accomplishments include being an educator for the last 21 years, noted speaker, distinguished expert, entrepreneur and Latina empowerment and leadership expert.

Dr. González holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a double minor in French and Sociology from Villanova University, a Master of Arts in General-Experimental Psychology from St. John’s University, a Master of Arts and a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, Yeshiva University. She is a 2013 National Hispana Leadership Institute (NHLI) Executive Leadership Program (ELP) fellow, has received leadership training through the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) and is an alumna of the Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government Executive Education.

Dr. González has contributed to several news, print and online media including being a guest speaker on National Public Radio (NPR). She leverages her dynamic and engaging presentation style to educate and communicate with students, employees, her community and beyond.

She is the creative force behind her behaviour modification program for children, GoldStar Behavior TM and Latina College Corner.
