Types of Cheeses (imported, raw, unpasteurized, hard and aged)
Goat and Sheep vs Cow Milk (casein A1 or A2 protein)

Honorable Mentions
- Make your own ghee! Find a step by step recipe at https://mylongevitykitchen.com/homemade-ghee/
- Ideally you should buy your dairy from a small farm and a brand that is animal welfare approved or certified humane.
- “I do not recommend consuming reduced-fat milk products for any reason—this goes for yogurts, cheeses, and other dairy products as well. If you must have milk and dairy, go for whole!” Chris Kresser, leading functional medicine practitioner and myth buster

Takeaway: We are huge fans of blending butter into our morning coffee, eating full-fat plain yogurt with raw local honey as a snack and putting artisanal cheese on veggies as a vehicle to eat more of them. We're not against dairy but we do believe quality matters. Always choose full fat versions and go for grass fed, organic, & pasture-raised as well.
