The transition from quarantine to restarting life is starting to slowly roll forward in West Virginia. Starting Monday, the Governor's "Stay At Home" order becomes the "Safer At Home" order where many of the same guidelines are in place, but instead of being a requirement it's just s strong suggestion. Still there are Coronavirus problems in the state, while the infection rate remains below 3%, the death toll continues a slow climb. The U.S. Senate looks at reconvening soon.
