In this chapter the author enlists the miracles that were performed by Imam e Zamana(a.s.) either directly or through his special representatives in the minor occultation. Divine miracles act as decisive proofs, hence all the miracles enumerated in this chapter are a proof of the Imamate of Hazrat Mahdi (a.s.).

At the outset the following tradition from Imam Sadiq (as) has been recorded:

_"There is no miracle of the prophets and Imams, but that the Almighty Allah will display it at the hands of the Qaaem in order to exhaust the proof on the enemies."_

There are 40 miracles narrated in this chapter. However for the sake of brevity we will limit ourselves to 5 miracles. In this excerpt we will cover only 2 miracles.

*Miracle 1: The miracle of the hidden Dinars*

It is narrated from Abul Abbas Kufi that he said: A certain man took some money to deliver to the Imam. He desired to see a proof. The Master of the Age (a.s.) wrote,

_“If you desire guidance, you will be guided and if you seek, you will find. Your master is saying to you: Bring, what is with you.”_

The man says, I removed some dinars from the money that was with me. I did not weigh those six coins and gave the rest. A letter came,

_“Return the six which you removed without weighing. The weight of the six dinars are five dawaniq and one and a half grain.”_

He said: I weighed the dinars and they were as the Imam (a.s.) had said.

*Miracle 2: The miracle about the half ownership of the delicate garment.*

There was a Shia cloth merchant in Qom and he had a partner who was Murjia by faith (Ahle Sunnat sect). Once a very delicate garment came to them. The faithful man said:

_‘This garment is appropriate for my master.’_

His partner said:

_‘I do not know your master, but do with the garment as you like.’_

When the garment reached him, Imam (a.s.) cut it into two halves by length. He kept one half and returned the other and said:

_‘I do not have any need for the Murjia’s wealth.'_

Insha-Allah we will bring the remaining miracles in the upcoming excerpts.
