In this chapter Janab Muhaddis Noori (ar) brings 71 traditional proofs(31 from the Ahle Sunnat sources and 40 from the Shia sources) proving that Hazrat Hujjat (atfs) who is the son of Imam Hasan Askari (as) is the Promised Mahdi(atfs).

In our excerpts are bringing only 5 of these 71. Today we present the 4th narration which is 14th narration from the Shia sources.

The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.a.) said:

_"When the Almighty Allah created the universe, He glanced at the people of the earth with a knowledgeable glance and choose me from all of them. He bestowed prophethood to me and sent me as messenger to the worlds. Then He glanced a second time on the earth and selected Ali(as) and bestowed Imamate to him, and appointed him for my brotherhood, successorship, Caliphate and vicegerency. Thus, Ali is from me and I am from Ali. And he is the husband of my daughter and the father of my two sons: Hasan and Husain. Let it be known that the Almighty Allah has made him and me as the proofs on His creatures and placed in the progeny of Husain, the one who would protect my commands and fulfill my will."_

He further clarified:

_"The ninth of the Imams from the progeny of Husain, is the Qaaem of my Ahle Bayt and the Mahdi of this Ummah. In looks and speech, he resembles me most. Indeed, he shall reappear after a prolonged occultation and deviating bewilderment."_

Finally the Holy Prophet (sawa) prophesied:

_Allah will support him and Angels shall help him. He would fill the earth with equity and justice as it would have been fraught with injustice and tyranny._
