Are you having food cravings that are preventing you from losing weight? If so, you have two opposing forces at play –

1. You have the desire to lose weight.
2. You have the enjoyment of food.

These opposing forces create a lot of mental pain and frustration, along with stalled weight loss. On one hand, you want to lose weight and on the other hand, you find yourself giving into food cravings when you said you wouldn't and this becomes a cycle pattern that is extremely frustrating.  The solution is learning to manage your brain's often OVER DESIRE for food by beginning to understand yourself, your behaviors, and managing the part of you that wants a quick reward. 

As you lessen this over-desire in your brain, you develop the powerful tool of being with a craving instead of fighting it. Allowing it, without having to give into it.
