In this episode let's talk about obstacles that have been getting in the way of you losing weight and keeping it off.

If you have a body goal that you’d like to achieve this year, likely this isn’t your first rodeo. You have been through this before – had a similar desire for yourself and then things just got in the way.

The obstacles that typically get in the way for most women trying to lose weight are-

1. Overeating
2. Emotionally leaning on food to help you feel better or to numb you out.
3. Late night and weekend overeating habits.
4. Eating foods that make you feel like crud – but you still eat them anyway.

All these obstacles start in your mind. Every single one!

Before just eating – there is a thought – if thoughts come before the action of eating, then if you want to get in front of any overeating obstacles, emotional eating obstacles, or food craving obstacles, a new mental framework would be the answer!
  The thoughts you have are either moving the needle toward weight loss, maintenance, or weight gain.
