Dr. Greg Hodgin is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Peacebuilding Solutions. He is also a political science professor at Georgia State University, where he recently finished his Ph.D. He has worked with the United Nations on two continents, and has done extensive field research on the international humanitarian aid system.

Rachel Lewis, Co-Founder and Executive Officer, Peacebuilding Solutions. Rachel’s love of Peacebuilding Solutions (PS) began at its inception, from the growth of a passing idea into something tangible with real world impact. Her passion for local agency and sustainability has led to working in aid and Peacebuilding Solutions provides her the opportunity to help others.Rachel has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Georgia State University. She also holds a Master of Science in Medical Anthropology and Sociology from the University of Amsterdam and is currently pursuing an additional Master of Arts in Anthropology with a focus in Humanitarian Aid and Development from Georgia State University.
She is a champion for diversity in the NGO landscape and sees her position as Executive Officer for Peacebuilding Solutions as a gateway to leading more African American women into the realm of International Development and Humanitarian Aid. Join Rachel and the Peacebuilding Solutions staff as they change the entire international humanitarian aid system for the better.

Martina Edwards
Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs (ACE)
Martina is a socially-minded business professional with experience spanning across Public and Private Equity, and Not-for-Profit industries. She is interested in making impact along Public and Private sector partnerships, as well as both community and economic empowerment opportunities. She leverages qualitative and analytical skills to produce innovative solutions, improve outcomes, impact strategic planning, and develop strong relationships with diverse constituents - C-suite executives, community and civic leaders, and philanthropists.
She is passionate about effecting change, including economic development, women’s empowerment, access to capital for MWBEs, financial literacy/education and community resiliency. Martina enthusiastically serves as a member of the Leadership Council for Junior Achievement of Georgia, the Advisory Board for Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership, the board for Atlanta Beltline 67 and is a Fellow of New Leaders Council.
