I believe the settlement probably has some language in it that would prevent Kap from bringing a new lawsuit against the NFL. This is about the NFL still not ackowledging Kap's movement and his ability to still be a quarterback in the NFL. This is an optics move for the NFL that resulted because black players released a commercial on Black Lives Matter.

Malik Jackson of the Philadelphia Eagles came out strong against Drew Brees. Shaq-Coon O'Neal is always there to defend white people. Either him or Barkley in this case of Brees both did.

Brees is not a dummy. More like a con man and he lied about filming a commercial urging kids to bring their bibles to school. ... but they believe transgender people are just lying to themselves. He might not be a staunch active racist but he is definitely not socially aware and tone deaf.
