Something also that Elder Yash said, was that when your time is nigh, you feel it. my brother in law before passing, told me that he was going to die (don't want to reveal anything related to him), and after about 4 months he passed away, and It came to my knowledge that he became very humble, good hearted and aware of things. He wasn't an indian black israelite but he suffered since birth. Shem descendants are not the only ones who keep suffering, Ham's descendants are still suffering today. I see alot of africans suffering here in Portugal, dont forget that as long as someone has black skin, he/she are bound to fight against or lose against long suffering. Hey Elder Yash, went to see your mountain vids. The camp vlog 1 that I saw. I don't know what you think about it but to me. And this is solely my opinion who means nothing. That video whas actually scared. I felt like something was bout to attack both of you out of the trees. Something was hidden and watching. I was very uncomfortable watching that video. Everything was still, like preparing for the worst. In few words, looked like the movie ritual. Cautious like I am, I would turn away as soon as I saw anything paralized. like the trees.

Just forgot about cape verdean who also got the most different skin/hair/eyes mixtures. Since the most darkest through the most white with blue eyes. Theres also black kids with bonde hair. The thing is, we are a mix of almost everyone. Brazil also got many skin colors. This is related to a podcast Uncle Yash said that only black Indians had the most diverse skin colours, but there's also more countries who also got a diverse skin complex. Informative knowledge is always welcome right?

Teach the Art of defeat, because your kids and all of us will loose, are loosing, has lost more than winning.
Teach the art of death. Knowing that one day you or your loved ones will die and how to deal with those situations will eventually stop you from blaming death for your currently life/happiness.
And also include the Art of self control. If you can control and manage yourself, you can manage the same way others. Love and rules are a must but without these 3 along others you'l get what is out there.
I happily learnt on my own, because if there is one thing that your parents didn't teach, Life itself will teach you. And that is the art of defeat. Art of death. I already had the control learned. Education will control, the Bible will manage, Empathy will temper the psychedelic wandered crazy versions of ourselves into our best selves ever. Give that and you'll see a different nation, a world different from this one.

If I can release my negative emotions through natural methods (pick one who suits you and is healthy), like running, exercising, sports, breath therapy or relaxing methods.
I can build a strong character about myself. And each time you deal with stressfull situations, you surpass them and are able to throw it behind your back and keep walking.
For black culture, but also for the entirety of humanity.

So what I had was an accumulated pressurized negative emotions locked inside me. later on and off course they wanted to prescribe a mothafucking laboratory remedy right? by wich I strongly denied and never bought.
And you know what I learnt?
breath training really helps with managing your psychological balance of emotions. And this is also a TABU in black culture. We tend to put this title of "you better be strong mothafocka", we black we harder than everyone ", but can never show, feel or control the negative emotions.
We need psychologist, psychiatrist, psychoanalyst more than other races. Because it's a tabu me or you having a dark skin/black culture and talk about our feelings, emotions, our pains, our worries. Always accumulating pain more than a millionaire accumulates wealth. Parents never teaching their kids on expressing your pains, I'm not talking about trivial shit like being a pampered weak. I'm talking about learning how to release the better way instead of the destructive way.

Look, I deal with alot of stress ok. So what happened. Not sleeping at all, having small time for yourself, working in a hateful place, searching for a better job, trying to get the trust, worrying about bills, worries, stress, not sleeping.
These 3 combined will definitely deteriorate and break your so called prideful and unbreakable spirit right?
Well, true. no matter how suoer man you are, you'll fall eventually my friend.
Let me tell you something about control. I thought that I had everything under *control*. And by thinking extremely negative about work and future I end up having an anxiety attack like they told me.
I was 100% aware of what happened to me. It started with breath control.
The medical staff told me that breathe can alleviate/provoke/maintain calm/infuriate/stabilize all emotions from negative through stable up to positive.
I taught possibly it would be a demon getting into me or a spirit, but I didn't feel nothing negative inside. Later on I burst out all the negative feelings on my own way right.
