We discussed the pressure to perform, injuries and mental health. He talks about his long road to success - including all the ups and downs of being an athlete and having a strong athletic identity. In this episode Jarryd was incredibly open and vulnerable about stress, anxiety and panic attacks and how it impacted his life and training.
