The Africa Sports Report Podcast brings you a Conversation with Legendary South African Distance Runner Zola Budd about What it Takes to become a Champion Distance Runner.
Zola is an Olympian and a Legendary Distance Running Champion that is held in very high esteem in the Running Community around the world and who as a Young Runner from South Africa built her legend as a barefoot running sensation along the likes of the great Ethiopian 'Barefoot Runner' Abebe Bikila.
Zola is a Coach today at Coastal Carolina University where she is passing her wealth of knowledge and experience to the Student-Athletes in the athletic program of the University.
She accepted the Invitation to come on the Africa Sports Report Podcast to share some of that knowledge and talk a bit about her life from the early years till now.
