China has proposed a 15 percent tariff on hazelnuts grown in the United States in addition to a 25 percent tariff already in place. Oregon produces 99 percent of the United States crop of hazelnuts. Terry Ross, a representative at the Hazelnut Growers Bargaining Association, joins us to talk about the impact of the tariff on the Oregon hazelnut industry.
