- do you find it a struggle to stay a healthy weight in our modern society?

- you need good strategies for eating out (fast food & gourmet!)

1) Figure out your % of quality food that will get you the results you want.
2) Important to not be in a caloric deficit constantly, but coming in and out of seasons of a deficit if you are trying to lose weight.
3) Applies to macro counting too...it's okay to take seasons off of counting.
4) Learn ways to cope with negative emotions better.
