Have you been curious to try food tracking and macro counting but you're nervous it might be unhealthy for you mentally?

Food tracking is a powerful tool that actually really EMPOWERS you:

1) Tracking does not equal restriction. Tracking = data.
2) Keeping a food diary helps weight loss & preventing binge eating.
3) Remember this isn't about deprivation & it's about setting reasonable targets.
4) Use super easy tools in tracking apps (especially My Fitness Pal) to alleviate the tedium of logging
5) Creating a framework by pre-logging your food allows for greater productivity.
6) Free meals help you spike lepton & give you a psychological break from a cut.
7) Tracking food teaches you incredible knowledge about food.
8) Have FUN with tracking! Remember to play, learn and use it as a tool.
9) Take breaks from it so it doesn't become an obsessive habit (if you need a break!)
