Do you ever notice that there are areas of your life where your word means everything and other areas where your word means very little?


Think about this for a second and think about what areas of your life are you very integral with your word? Now – think of the area of weight loss.

When you tell yourself you’re going to eat more vegetables or you’re going to work out, do you keep your promises? You know the only thing getting in your way are your thoughts! That’s it.

There are two things that I want you to consider -

1. Why the hell do you keep telling yourself you’re going to work out – is that something you really want to do?

2. Are you making your goals doable?

Your word matters, and after letting yourself down in the area of food, working out, and weight loss, it’s easy to stop trusting that you’re going to follow through, and then when you don’t follow through, you feel like a failure in this area.

Let’s stop that cycle today by going through and activating these 5 tips so you can stop self-sabotaging your weight loss goals and build in more confidence, pride, body and mind esteem, and follow-through in this area of weight loss - 1. Remember your word matters and it means nothing unless you follow through. 2. Start where you’re at – knowing the end goal.  3.  Make only agreements that you’re able to keep. 4. Write down the agreements you make. 5. Communicate how you’re going to address a broken agreement.
