Ciara is a sweet senior cat who needs a special adopter to help her manage her diabetes. Brooke Ciardi from Montgomery County Animal Services and Adoption Center tells us about this beautiful gray and white long-haired kitty, and talks about all of the adoptable animals at the shelter.
