being a police officer is a stressful job anyway and he knew that going in. People resist arrest, they argue they curse you out, it’s apart of the job! If you can’t keep yourself composed enough to do your job then find another one. He could have said stupid bitch but he chose to say nigger. He doesn’t get a pass for that.

Because the way he said it means a lot to he could have been like these niggas right here versus these niggers or this Niger... not saying he should get a hall pass on the word but we have to be real some white folks growing up around some black folks who allow him to use the word around them and their black friends don't get checked so in his frustration it might have came out

If he was arresting a gay person and called them a fag you would assume he was homophobic. So we should assume he is racist and shouldn’t be allowed to be a cop. At the end of the day it doesn’t matter what the context was that he used the word he shouldn’t have said it.
