Why we gonna be passive in these type of situations? Because there isn't enough of us in the Judicial system so we can get off from situations like this. When the judicial systems is majority white then we gotta act accordingly

Y'all gotta think, this may go in front of a white judge and the first think that's gonna pop up in the judges head is that we use that N-word amongst each other all the time so saying that Nigger word shouldn't have provoked him to commence an assault.

No the brother may likely have an assault on his record. Now if he goes to apply for a job that he really wants and that employer do a background check and find this assault charge. He will have to explain to that potential employer what happened then what can he say?
