Lucy had "Swimmer Puppy Syndrome" and Jill at Delco Dawgs rescue had other plans-
Jill rescued and arranged a foster for Lucy with Mariann who runs "Don't Bully Us Rescue" and
she was familiar with Swimmer Syndrome.
