Multiracial Heritage Week is an annual celebration that began in 2014, and officially recognized in 2021 by Congress is but one step forward for embracing our multiracial lineage. Thanks to Project Race, we hear the background of this organization that has been instrumental for advancing multiracial pride as a valid identity.
