To think if I was a legislator and I had the power save someone's life or let them be executed, I would choose life! If I was to come up on a horrible accident, I would do everything in my power to save as many as I could from death, now and in the future. I definitely would not pull my car alongside the accident and sit there and wait for people to expire before driving off with no remorse. I am sure that the truck driver would choose life for Kelly. After all, it was an accident but it resulted in a catastrophic injury!

Unbelievable that legislators in Michigan could allow people like Kelly to be put in these circumstances
