It's all in the eyes of these social and physcopapths! With a normal person you see the white in 2 points of the eyes to the left and right! With psychopaths you see it at 3 points and with physcopaths like shifty shift you see white around his entire eyes!

All of Marcconie's discoveries were later acknowldeged by authoriteis to be Tesla's inventions. Tesla was also living at the New Yorker hotel in final years and left 80 chesst of info. Tesla museum in Serbia recieved 30 chests and was UNAWARE there were 80. FBI grabbed everything from his room. Tesla was dead for 3 days before it was reported. The entire upper floors of the hotel were wired for transmissions from Tesla to...we don't know who. Tesla also kept carrier pidgeons on the roof and used them too to deliver messages.
