This episode is very informative esp. in an organization who has a different generations of employees. Indeed, younger ones have different pacing and ways in learning and working compared to the older ones. This 2 generations should meet halfway and communication is the key I guess to fix this problem.

Cognitive biases really does lead to judgement errors may it we belong to the age group of baby boomer, millenials or generation z. We really need to be aware of these biases to be able to avoid conflict and better understanding to different age brackets.
