Prior to that she was the Director of Operations North America for Freshii, the Regional Director for Jack Astor's restaurant and the Regional Director of Operations for Starbucks Coffee Canada. When she isn't being superwoman, she's also helping the next wave of women to come up through the ranks and kick serious ass.
