IMO this guy was tortured. he was mentally handicapped and was physically and mentally abused. However: these young folks were obviously immature, stupid, and horrible. But their "punishment" needs to be fitting of the situation .No need to excessively punish . How would you all feel if those were your children? How long do you think you it would take to rehabilitate you if you were their age and did what they did?
