Caron started her professional career as a speech therapist and special education teacher. She later conducted assessments and diagnosis for special education placements, and then became a special education consultant serving eleven counties at the Educational Service Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

She attained an Ed.D. from George Washington University with 2 majors in Counseling and Special Education. Opening a private practice for several years allowed her to counsel and support parents and families.

Caron attended Sofia University for post-doctoral work in woman’s psychology and health to better support those she counseled.

Caron moved from counseling to coaching in 2000 and five years laters founded the Academy for Coaching Parents International, which trains and certifies life coaches for parents and families.

Her brand is HeartWise® and is associated with educational strategies for improving relationships through inner wisdom for responsiveness, intuition, and respect.

Caron is a prolific author of six parenting books (with mainstream publishers) and thirty digital products and courses. The topics of her print and ebooks are coaching, emotional competence, parenting, core temperaments, relationships, and business and marketing. She opened Inspired Living International Publishing for self-publishing endeavors and now consults and ghostwrites for other professionals. She has completed over 70 ghostwritten nonfiction books in the last ten years.
