Ifetayo White returns to delve deeper into how women of all ages can step into the strength of their spirituality, healing energies, and sexuality to create the life they envision.

Ifetayo White wears many healing hats. She is the Director of Choices Birthing and Wellness Support, where she serves as Doula and Coach. She also is the Director and Reiki Master Teacher at the Lowcountry School of Reiki and Energy Healing Wisdom. Additionally, she is the Grandmother Wise Elder Teacher at Neesa's Home. Her passion is to nurture and support the beauty of our human experiences of birth and parenting. This grandmother and mother of two awesome women has extensive experience in wellness practices, stress reduction techniques, massage and other bodywork and energywork modalities, juvenile and adult mental health, and birth support of teenage mothers and women with abuse/trauma histories. She resides in St. Helena Island, South Carolina.
