Today: [Joshua Chapter Twenty-One]: Priestly Possessions in Christ. In this chapter we see that the Levites were not given a province in Canaan. Instead they were scattered throughout the 12 tribes and given cities to live in. This speaks of us of the Great Commission. We are priests unto God. Jesus didn’t tell us to go out and build closed communities and societies but rather to scatter throughout the world as ambassadors of the good news of the Gospel.
